Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of ordering. 

Within the UK all items are posted using Royal Mail tracked services with the following options:

Standard Delivery - 2-4 working days from dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 48) £3.50 or free on orders over £50
Express Delivery - 1-2 working days from dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 24) £6.50

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of personalised items due to printing time.

Returns

We really hope you love your Mudsie items however we understand that there are reasons why you may wish to return your purchase.  If you wish to return your item(s) please email us at info@mudsie.co.uk stating your order number and item(s) being returned within 30 days of your order. We don't currently offer free returns so it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return delivery.  You may wish to use a trackable service as we cannot issue a refund prior to receiving the returned item(s).  All returned items must be unworn and in saleable condition with labels and packaging attached.  Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to reach your bank account.

We are unable to accept returns for personalised items.

Exchanges

If you would like to arrange an exchange of size or colour please contact us via email at info@mudsie.co.uk within 30 days of your order and we will be happy to swap your item free of any outward delivery charges based on your initial order being returned unworn with all labels and packaging still attached. 

Faulty Items

All items are checked prior to sending and we pride ourselves on quality items which are built to last.  If however you believe your item is faulty please contact us via email at info@mudsie.co.uk with details of the fault and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
